By inviting In&Out to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

You also agree to comply with:

• Discord's Community Guidelines
• Discord Developer Policy

3. Service Description

In&Out provides the following features:

• Custom sound playback when users join or leave voice channels
• Sound upload and management for server administrators
• Role-based sound priority system
• Server leaderboards and statistics
• Global Sound Spotlight marketplace
• Achievement and XP progression system

4. Age Requirements

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use In&Out:

• 13 years or older in most countries
• 16 years or older in certain jurisdictions (as required by local law)

By using In&Out, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

5. User Rights & Responsibilities

You may:

• Upload sounds you own or have rights to use
• Customize your server's sound settings
• Request deletion of your data at any time

You may NOT:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Upload sounds containing hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bot's systems
• Use the bot for spam or malicious purposes
• Resell or redistribute the service

6. Premium Subscriptions

In&Out offers paid subscription tiers:

• Sound Starter ($3/month): 100MB storage (~1,000 sounds)
• Sound Master ($5/month): 500MB storage (~5,000 sounds) + Global Leaderboard promotion

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you may cancel at any time.

Free trial: New servers receive a 7-day trial with 100MB storage.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of sounds you upload. By uploading, you grant In&Out a license to store and play your sounds within Discord as part of the service functionality.

We may remove content that violates these terms or Discord's policies without notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be unavailable during:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Discord API outages
• Emergency updates

9. Limitation of Liability

In&Out is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Third-party actions or content

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to In&Out for any server or user that violates these terms, Discord's policies, or engages in abusive behavior.

You may remove the bot from your server at any time to terminate your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced through:

• Our Discord support server
• Bot status messages

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
